Down 6 lbs since my AI Nutritionist was hired by my AI CEO for Founder longevity and sustainability.

I wasn’t eating enough. I’m too busy and only eating a full meal once day (dinner) ↙️

Daily Target (currently on deficit as I gotta shred 20 lbs to get back to my optimal weight with muscles 💪🏽 at 135lbs is the goal.

Protein 125 g
Carbohydrates 160–165 g
Fat 55 g
Fiber 25–30 g
Creatine 5 g/day

In the beginning this was A LOT of food for me because I wasn’t fueling enough yet lifting and walking. I sacrificed time in the wrong area as it’s event season over here with .

I sacrificed time with the one that counts the most, dialing in my NUTRITION.

As I always say…
Be human. Give the rest to AI.

Me, to my Non AI husband: “What do you bring to the table?”

My Non AI husband: “I can build you the table of your dreams.” 😂

My husband is my real flex. He can fix everything and build anything.

He’s a master welder.

I don’t worry when things are broken around our house. He can fix it.

Yesterday, my treadmill all of a sudden won’t turn on and it was raining and I needed to get my 10k steps in, he figured it out. Something about electricity. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Aside from the obvious…and being the amazing father of our boyzz. I married a welder, a plumber, an electrician, a car mechanic, an eBike and dirt bike mechanic, a roofer, etc…ALL in one HUMAN!

I mean he can do it ALL!

I often joke about marrying an investment but that joke is starting to become a reality as I married someone extremely rare these days!

Technology shouldn’t abdicate you. It should give you more capacity to be you.

I’ve always analogized technology to a credit card.

When used responsibly, it can give you more capacity to do whatever else you want to do.

Use it irresponsibly? It will ruin your life.

All I want AI to do for me is take enough off my plate so I have more of myself to give.

That’s exactly the relationship I want with technology.
