The Sorinex back attack is a phenomenal posterior chain machine that most gyms do not have.
It hits hamstrings, glutes, and some lower back.
It has accommodating resistance and is easiest at the bottom of the movement and gets progressively harder towards the top.
Give it a try next time you are in the gym.
