Odin's Strength Gym

Honestly the Body Masters MD-122 leg press is probably one of the best selectorized leg machines I have ever used.

The ability to go from a horizontal squat/hack squat position to a regular leg press is amazing.

It has a 400lb weight stack which is actually a lot for a machine. It would be extremely difficult to nax it out training in the 10 to 12 rep range.

It is a super rare piece of gym equipment and we are happy that our members get a chance to use it.

Quick update. The 45lb plates arrived at the gym. There is a total of 28 new 45lb plates outside.

This is should be more than enough in the outdoor area.

Few more things coming and then the outdoor gym should be mostly complete.

This is an incredibly rare piece of equipment. The body masters MD 122 is one of the only selectorized leg pieces that allows you to lay completely horizontal as well as do a seated leg press.
