Join us for our 2nd Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher Training. This training is led by Nicki Taylor and assisted by Betsy Bouffard.

Deciding who you earn your teaching training certificate with is an important choice. There are many great and professional options out there and we appreciate your consideration of our training. You don’t want to feel like you’re being churned out of a mill—or, worse, thrown to the wolves without the confidence you need to own the classroom. You want a place that empowers you with ancient yoga wisdom and modern anatomical expertise—plus the practical stuff you need to become a yoga teacher if that is where your training and passion take you.

What we offer:

Free, unlimited yoga classes from March to May.
Small, intimate, and empowering classes throughout our program.
A well-crafted curriculum covering anatomy, philosophy, asana, sequencing, meditation, pranayama, and the business of yoga.
A full 200 hours of in-person practice, instruction, and one-on-one development.
Graduates will be prepared to craft and lead smart yoga classes and workshops. You will be ready to teach if you wish to take that path.
Continued support in your journey to teach. Graduates of our program are offered an opportunity to teach (paid) our Community Classes as they continue to develop their style and voice.
Additional visiting teachers to add expertise and voice to different teaching styles and areas of expertise.
A life-balanced approach to your training with every Sunday off and a week-long break mid-term.
Professional head and action shots for your marketing efforts.

Happy Hips

In this workshop, you’ll learn safe movements and stretches for your hips. We will explore how the hips play a role in specific yoga poses and how to prevent injury using more detailed alignment.

We will flow through a hip focused practice while pausing to discuss what’s really happening with the hips in some of our most common poses. Everybody is different so we will be able to explore, observe and discuss how certain poses might look and feel different for certain body’s. We will finish with some juicy hip openers and chat about the effects on our nervous system, physical body, and even emotions.

After this workshop experience you’ll have the knowledge to practice safely in your body, your hips will feel better, stronger, and more open!
