Enjoy this delicious treat for your holiday sweet tooth. It is naturally sweetened and protein-packed!
Flourless Brownie Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 red apple
• 1 organic egg
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 2 dates (pitted)
• 1 tsp baking soda
Optional Topping:
• Greek yogurt
• Honey
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Blend the apple, egg, cocoa powder, dates, and baking soda until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour the batter into a greased or lined baking dish.
4️⃣ Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5️⃣ Let cool, then top with Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey for a decadent finish!
