Happy 12th Birthday to Owen R.! 🎂⚾️

Owen has been a great addition to the Bandits, and it’s been awesome watching him settle in and show what he can do. He brings some serious power to the lineup, and we’re excited to see that continue to develop as the season goes on.

Keep working, keep competing, and keep bringing that same attitude every time you step on the field. We’re excited to see how much you continue to improve this season.

⚾️ BANDITS WEEKEND RECAP ⚾️

It wasn’t the weekend we wanted, but that’s baseball. The best thing you can do is learn from it, keep working, and get ready for the next one.

There were still plenty of BIG-TIME Bandits performances worth highlighting:

🔥 Vicente N. — An incredible weekend at the plate, going 5-for-6 with 2 HOME RUNS! Vicente also came in to pitch in relief yesterday and was fantastic on the mound. What a weekend! 💣

💥 Finley M. — Caught a FULL GAME behind the plate and then delivered one of the biggest moments of the weekend with a WALK-OFF GRAND SLAM on Saturday! Talk about coming through when your team needed you most! ⚾️ 💪

🎯 Brantley S. — Was on base all weekend and consistently put together quality at-bats. Tough, competitive at-bats all weekend long!

🔥 Brantley A. — Took the mound for 6 innings, allowing just 1 earned run with 1 BB and 5 K’s. Another strong performance from the righty! 💪

The results may not have gone our way this weekend, but the work continues. We’ll take the lessons, get back to work, and come out ready to compete again.

Back at it this weekend.

⚾️🔥 BANDITS WEEKEND RECAP 🔥⚾️

The first tournament of the season is in the books! While we didn’t finish the weekend with the result we were looking for, there were plenty of positives to build on and some BIG individual performances along the way.

🔴⚫️ BANDITS STANDOUTS 🔴⚫️

🔥 Landon I. — 3 solid innings on the mound, competing and attacking hitters.

💣 Maddux H. — Put one over the fence with a big HOME RUN!

💥 Cason H. — Hit the ball hard all weekend and consistently squared up the baseball.

🧤💣 Finley M. — 2 HOME RUNS on the weekend while also doing a great job behind the plate for us!

🚀💣 Vicente N. — A MONSTER weekend with 5 HOME RUNS! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

The first one is always about getting back into tournament mode, learning, competing and finding the things we need to clean up. We’ll take the lessons, celebrate the positives, and get back to work.

This group has a lot of baseball ahead of them. The best is yet to come. 👊

What an amazing night at Bullfrog!

We want to extend a huge thank you Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co. for hosting our Bingo Night and helping make it such a great success.

We’re also incredibly grateful to our amazing community of family and friends who came out to support our team. Your generosity and support mean so much to our players and their families.

Events like these wouldn’t be possible without a community that continually shows up for our kids. Thank you for helping us get one step closer to our Cooperstown journey!

The Bloomingdale Bandits 12U officially kicked off our season this weekend with two fantastic days of fundraising at Publix on the corner of Lithia Pinecrest & Bloomingdale in Valrico!

Our boys spent both Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM interacting with our local community, building confidence, representing the Bandits, and having a great time. We couldn’t be more proud of the way they carried themselves all weekend! 💪

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who stopped by to donate, offer words of encouragement, honk, wave, or simply wish the boys good luck. Your support means so much to our players and families! 🙌

Next up is our Bullfrog Creek Brewing Co. Fundraiser on Thursday, July 23rd at 7:00 PM 🍻🎟️, and the boys are looking forward to another great event. But first… they’re excited to get back on the field this week and start working toward another successful season! ⚾️🔥
