Member of Yoga Alliance after completing 200 hour yoga teaching certification in 2011. Yoga Alliance certification as a Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) since 2022
Currently undergoing additional 350 hour advanced yoga teacher instruction with Siddhi Yoga. On track to have over 500 hours of instructor education across a wide range of subjects & styles so that I may broaden my knowledge and continue spreading the deeply spiritual, wellness, and therapeutic benefits of Yoga and Ayurveda. I have many years of experience teaching yoga in Wellness Centers, Fitness Centers, schools, private & semi private instruction to include many styles and types of yoga and for various injuries, illnesses, diseases as well as yoga for health & wellness. Please contact me for more information regarding any questions or issues that you may have & I will explain the many ways that you will benefit from it's effects.
