POV: Your instructor says “hands on the front platform”…

and your brain hears absolutely nothing. 😭

Pilates brain is real.

Especially in high-intensity reformer classes where there’s springs, transitions, cues, tempo, hands, feet… and about 100 things happening at once. 😂

This is exactly why our instructors:
✨ repeat cues
✨ demo movements
✨ offer modifications
✨ and ask permission before hands-on corrections

Because proper hand and foot placement matters — not just for performance, but for safety, alignment, and getting the most out of every movement.

And yes… sometimes we gently guide you back into position before you accidentally invent a completely new exercise. 🤍
