🏃🏻 Practice tonight is 6p-7p. Bring an extra pair of shoes to wear. It will be muddy 🏃🏽‍♀️

🚨Practice is canceled for tonight due to heat advisory and poor air quality alerts. Hoping with weather changes will get these young runners back at it next week! Stay hydrated and stay cool 🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️

🚨Our summer meetings differ on location and time because we can’t use school buildings until school starts. As of now our next meeting will be Tuesday, August 11th at 8p in front of Utica High School Gym.
