Our Sunday Seminar (9/27/26) is going to be hosted by Kaitlin Young!

Kaitlin is a Veteran of 55 Muay Thai, Kickboxing and MMA fights. She has fought in PFL, Invicta FC, Rizin FC, Lion Fight, Bodog Fight, Elite XC, Mix Fight Gala and The World Games. She has fought for HookNShoot (MMA), World Muay Thai Organization, and is a multiple class TBA-SA Professional World Champion. Kaitlin has competed abroad as a member of the WAKO K1 US National Team 2014-2018.

Kaitlin also has a Brown Belt in BJJ, as well as a 1st Dan Black Belt in TKD.

She has earned B.S. in Kinesology, Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota.

Kaitlin has also been coaching since 2004, from new enthusiasts to those in the UFC, Glory Kickboxing, and Lion Fight.

First up in our Grappling Camp, Chris Haueter.

Chris is a 6th degree Black Belt and member of the dirty dozen (the first 12 non-Brazilian black belts). Chris was the first American to submit a Brazilian in competition, the first American to compete as a black belt at the Mundials in Brazil and he continues to travel the world spreading his Jiu Jitsu philosophy of think street, train sport and practice art.

He is also known for his golden rules of grappling, coining the term combat base as the base with one knee up and one knee down, and saying, "It is not about who is good, but who is left. It's time on the mat. You will be somewhere in ten years, you might as well be a black belt too. Just don't quit."

He’ll be with us in the Morning, on Saturday September 26th.
