Ballet friends really are the BEST friends. 🩰💕

They’ve grown up together at IDA — countless hours in the studio, rehearsals, performances, laughter, tears, and so many memories in between.

The dynamic may change as life takes them in different directions, but the bond will always stay the same. ❤️

And this little tradition… a day at the beach, getting dressed up, taking a million pictures and just being together… these are the photographs and memories they’ll have forever.

It’s never really goodbye.
Once a ballet friend, always a ballet friend. 🩰

Different paths. Different places. Same girls. Same bond.
Ballet friends are forever. 💕

From Florida to the world. 🩰🌎🇬🇧

We are incredibly proud of our gorgeous Gigi as she prepares to represent IDA, Florida and the United States at The Fonteyn International Ballet Competition in London!

This is the beauty of the Royal Academy of Dance journey at IDA. From a dancer’s very first RAD examination through the highest levels, each exam, qualification and opportunity becomes a stepping stone toward something greater.

We are so proud to offer this internationally recognized training right here in South Florida and to watch our dancers grow from their first ballet classes to stages around the world.

Gigi, beautiful inside and out, we simply cannot wait to see you shine in LONDON! ❤️🇬🇧✨

Busy August just hit differently when your student is also a dancer 🩰

But here's what parents don't realize: dancers actually are really good at managing time. When you're juggling school, homework, and ballet training, you learn to work smarter (not harder). The discipline transfers instantly.

Real talk: Ballet students are building focus, resilience, and the exact skills that translate to better grades and lower stress.

If you're looking for a classical ballet school in Weston, FL or surrounding cities, that develops the whole dancer (technique + character + support academics), we'd love to meet your family.

🎯 IDA Open House: August 22 | Come see what sets us apart as South Florida's premier ballet academy for ages 3-19.

Classes in Classical Ballet, Pre-Pointe, Pointe, Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT), and RAD certification training.

Link in bio for more info or DM us with questions.

Today is one of those moments that fills our hearts with overwhelming pride. ❤️🩰

Our sweet Isabel… our little baby who walked through the doors of IDA at just 3 years old… has officially been offered a full-time position in the prestigious year-round program at JKO School at American Ballet Theatre in New York City.

There are no words to describe how proud we are.

For years, Isabel has poured her heart into every class, every rehearsal, every correction, every performance, and every opportunity. She embraced everything IDA had to offer, trusted the process, worked tirelessly, and never stopped believing in her dream of becoming a professional ballerina.

Her talent is undeniable, but it’s her determination, discipline, resilience, and unwavering passion that have brought her to this incredible milestone.

Watching her grow from a tiny dancer with big dreams into the beautiful artist she is today has been one of the greatest joys of our lives. While a piece of our hearts is leaving for New York, we know she is exactly where she is meant to be.

Isabel, thank you for allowing us to be part of your journey. You will always be part of the IDA family, and we cannot wait to watch you shine on stages around the world. This is only the beginning.

Your dreams are becoming reality, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Congratulations, Isabel. We love you beyond words. ❤️

Once an IDA dancer, always an IDA dancer. Now go conquer the world. ✨🩰❤️
