Be proud of your effort. Be proud of your progress🩵
Not every week looks the same and that’s okay. What matters is that you keep showing up and keep moving forward. That’s worth celebrating. 🔥

“When I started Burn in January 2025, I was scared to commit because I was afraid I would fail. After having my two boys, struggling with postpartum depression, and experiencing a traumatic event with my oldest in 2023 that left me dealing with PTSD, I had spent a long time struggling mentally, physically, and emotionally. My first year at Burn also came during the end of my marriage and learning how to navigate a completely new chapter for myself and my boys. Through all of it, my boys remained a huge part of my “why.” I realized that in order to be the mom they deserved, I needed to start taking care of myself, too.
Within three camps, I knew I had found what I was missing. As a former athlete, I missed having coaches who pushed me, structure, accountability, and a community that encouraged me to keep showing up. But Burn has become so much more than a gym for me—it has become my safe haven and, in many ways, my own form of therapy. No matter what was happening in my personal life, I could walk through those doors, leave everything else outside for 45 minutes, and do something for myself. My boys have been along for the journey too, waving through the Childwatch window while they watch their mama work hard and get stronger. Over a year later, I’ve lost more than 8.5 inches and around 10 pounds, but the physical changes are only a small part of my transformation.
Five weeks into Burn, I wrote in my first review, “I can’t wait to see where I’m at this time next year.” Well…here I am. Stronger, more confident, and most importantly, still showing up. During a year when so much of my life changed, I found consistency in myself. The woman who walked through those doors afraid she wouldn’t stick with it proved that she could. I’m not trying to become the woman I was before I had my boys—I’m becoming a stronger version of the woman I am because of them. And that’s the transformation I’m most proud of.”
