Fatigue is one of the most common reasons people visit their primary care doctor — and one of the hardest to self-diagnose, because the causes overlap so much. The key question isn't how tired you are, but whether rest actually helps. Tiredness that improves after a good night's sleep usually points to a sleep or lifestyle issue. Fatigue that persists despite rest — or that's been dragging for weeks — is more likely a signal worth investigating with your doctor. Find out more about what to do and when.: https://bit.ly/3Qmo03B

Today is National Cancer Survivor Day, and we wanted to spotlight Chris' experience during the Livestrong program at the Plano Family YMCA.
He shares "I’m so grateful to the YMCA and everyone who supports this program. You’re not just helping people get stronger; you’re helping us reclaim pieces of our lives that illness tries to take away."

With the weather warming up, we know you're going to heading to the pools, lakes, or ocean this summer! We want you to be able to enjoy and have fun, but we have six water safety tips that will help you keep you and your child safe:
1️⃣ Make sure children know to always ask permission before going in or near the water.
2️⃣ Never swim alone without a Water Watcher.
3️⃣ Supervise your children whenever they’re in or near water.
4️⃣ Don’t engage in breath-holding activities.
5️⃣ Inexperienced or non-swimmers should wear a Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
6️⃣ Don’t jump in the water to save a friend who is struggling in deep water.
