What not to do:
Stand open, weight 50/50, twist, untwist

What to do:
Coil entire leg, pull entire triangle (space between hands & elbows) back + up, let the stretch buillllllllllld GO

The band keeps the triangle, which is a way to not use your arms to load. We want to use our back to load up.

The slow flips are to make sure we keep moving (continuous), keep pulling back, stretching INTO the swing. No stop and start back up again. The separator between this and momentum swinging is fusion.

Do it exaggerated, slow flip.

Get the same movement but with more of a sense of urgency, normal speed.
