Ma Girl!!! Miss Pegsters ( as I lovingly named her) is a force to be reckoned with!! Peggy slayed her 1000th class with us!! That’s right…1000 classes!! Peggy has been with us for many years, and this woman is ridiculous… Not only does she do barre, but MANY other fitness inspired, movements and workouts, including yoga, cycling, you name it! My running joke with her is “I want to be Peggy when I grow up”! And we should all want to be Peggy… Congratulations, beautiful friend! This is no easy feet, and you made it happen! I had no doubt…you have been such a gift, truly… gracing these classes again and again, welcoming new ladies, your thoughtfulness, killing your workout…AND your dance moves, you know I always love those because I join along 😜 so incredibly proud of you! Please help us in recognizing this amazing accomplishment! Congratulations Peggy, love you dearly!! Cheers to you!! 🥂 🥰💪🩵

After 10 Incredibly Amazing Years… It’s Time to Say Goodbye…

With a full heart, we’re sharing that Barre Defined will be closing its doors on August 28.

For the past 10 years, this studio has been so much more than a place to work out. It has been a community built on strength, encouragement, friendship, and resilience. We’ve celebrated milestones, supported each other through challenges, and watched so many of you grow stronger—inside and out.

This decision was not an easy one, but after much thought, we’ve decided it’s time to close this chapter.

To every client who took a class, every instructor who shared their passion, and every person who believed in our vision: thank you. Your support has meant more than words can express, and we’re incredibly grateful that you have allowed us to have been part of your journey.

We invite you to join us over the coming weeks as we celebrate the memories we’ve made together as we also create new ones. Our final day of classes will be August 28, and we’d love to see as many of you as possible before we say goodbye.

Thank you for making these last 10 years unforgettable. This community will always hold a special place in our hearts.

10 years ago( well long prior to that) we had a dream to bring barre fitness to our town (city 😉) we dug our heels in, worked REALLY hard, our own grit and sweat, (I will share before pictures 🤮) and low and behold… we created Barre Defined!!

This studio, this space, this workout, this tribe. This unity…we thank you, every one of you, for these 10 years here with you all! This is OUR Anniversary, collectively, together…as a tribe! We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you for supporting us in these last 10 years! 🙌🥰💪🩵

next four weeks to focus on three key areas of total wellness: Mind, Body, & Nourish (aka* nutrition). Each week you’ll have opportunities to meet goals set for all challengers, but can also create your own objectives to share and then CRUSH!

Pick up your weekly goal trackers in studio each week and turn in the previous week’s tracker to be entered to win some awesome raffle prizes! Also, share your experience, post, share a story (tag us) share a recipe, what you are cooking, while you are sweating, and meeting your goals for the next month!

We are so excited for this personal challenge…and as a tribe we want to do this together!! 🩵🙌💪
