Vicki made it to the triple digit club in only 6 months!
100 classes is more than a number. It’s strength built breath by breath. It’s flexibility earned with patience. It’s confidence that carries into everyday life.
Vicki, you’ve put in the work—and it shows. We’re proud of you.

As a valued member of the yogaQUEST community, we wanted to give you plenty of notice about an upcoming change to membership billing.
Beginning October 1, membership payments made by credit card will include a 4% processing fee.
The easiest way to avoid this fee is to switch your membership to ACH (automatic bank draft). ACH payments come directly from your checking account, are secure, and do not have any processing fees.
We know changes like this are never ideal, and we didn't make this decision lightly. Credit card processing costs have continued to rise, and this change helps us keep our focus where it belongs—providing exceptional teachers, maintaining a welcoming studio, and continuing to invest in the community we've built together.
If you'd like to switch to ACH before October 1, you can update this with your online account (send us a DM and we'll provide the instructions). Alternatively, you can reply to this email or stop by the front desk. We'll take care of everything and make the process quick and easy.
Thank you for your continued support and for choosing to practice with us. Every class you attend, every breath you take, and every time you walk through our doors helps make yogaQUEST the special community it is.
We look forward to seeing you on your mat soon.

Doesn't that look so relaxing?
This is your invitation to join us for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation experience often called yogic sleep. Through gentle movement followed by deep guided relaxation, you'll be invited into a state between wakefulness and sleep where the body can restore, the mind can quiet, and the nervous system can reset.
Research has shown Yoga Nidra may help reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, ease mental fatigue, and leave you feeling deeply refreshed.
No meditation experience is needed. Just bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows, or any props that help you feel completely supported. We'll take care of the rest.
💛 Rest isn't something you earn—it's something your body needs.
The next Yoga Nidra session is Sunday, September 13th at 5:45pm
Reserve your spot today, and come experience the power of doing... nothing.

Say hello to the most recent addition to tour teaching staff: Allan Guenther
You can see Allan every Friday at 5:30pm for a class called Motility Bodywork
My journey into holistic bodywork began in 2002 when a close friend started training as an Osteopath in Canada. As he shared what he was learning about the connection between the organs, emotions, and pain, I began seeing the body not as a collection of separate parts, but as one interconnected system.
That perspective deepened through the birth of our six children. After our first hospital birth, my wife chose home birth for our second child. Watching a skilled midwife patiently support the body's natural process instead of rushing to intervention changed how I viewed health and healing. Over the next twelve years, I became increasingly involved in each birth, eventually delivering our fifth child myself. Those experiences gave me a profound respect for the body's innate wisdom.
Years later, the same Canadian Osteopath recommended Leigh Ankrum in Tulsa. After seeing the results my wife experienced under Leigh's care, I became fascinated by Osteopathic manual therapy and the freedom practitioners have to pursue true healing.
In 2016, while driving to celebrate our anniversary, my wife mentioned that Leigh was opening a school. We turned the car around, canceled our trip, and attended the introductory session instead. By the end of the day, I knew I had found my calling.
Although I came from a non-medical background, the Osteopathic philosophy immediately resonated with me. The Ankrum Institute provided the foundation for my practice, teaching that every system of the body is connected and functions best in balance.
My education continues through advanced training in visceral manipulation with the Barral Institute and the MNRI approach, specializing in proprioception and reflex integration. Every step has reinforced what first inspired me years ago: when the body's systems work together, remarkable healing is possible.

Say Hi to our Member of the Month- Meredith S!
"I joined yogaQUEST about 6 months ago, and have enjoyed practicing yoga in a studio again! Now that I have retired from nursing, I am able to find a yoga class at yogaQUEST almost daily. The yoga instructors are very friendly and encouraging to newcomers. This is a wonderful yoga community!
My husband, Danny and I have three grown children and six grandchildren. I love spending time with family, baking sourdough bread and herb gardening."
