🎨 Welcome, Veterans, to The Center 🎨

We were honored to welcome Veterans to The Center for the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System Creative Arts Competition at the Hardesty Adaptive Sports Complex.

From art and creative writing to dance, drama and music, Veterans showcased their incredible talents. Thank you to the Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System for partnering with us, to everyone who participated and most importantly, to all who have served our country.

Camp may be over, but the impact continues!

As part of Camp Get Centered, campers made Get Well Cards for Ronald McDonald House to bring a little extra encouragement to families staying there. We recently delivered the cards, and the front desk staff were so excited to receive them!

This was just one of several service projects campers took part in this summer, including assembling supply kits for Street School, creating “Adopt Me” bandanas for Puppy Haven Rescue, planting succulents for Grace Living Center and making Meet the Teacher bags for their teachers.

One of the best moments at the 2026 National Boccia Championships in Iowa was reconnecting with Steven, a former member of The Center and Twisters athlete who moved to Idaho earlier this year. It was also great to see a familiar face — Mac, who served as Steven's ramp assistant, alongside him.

No matter where life takes you, you'll always be part of The Center family!
