Dustin tells everyone every day they can do hard things. Today was his turn: he finished the Aspen Backcountry Half for the third year. 15 miles up the mountain and back down.
Year one, he finished in tears. Year two, better. This year, he beat last year’s time by ten minutes and called it amazing (despite falling at one point).
He credits more Norwegians on the CAROL bike and leg presses on the ARX after long runs.
We celebrated with mangos in the park with the girls.
Heads up: he’s already talking about who Iso Club he might recruit to join him next year 🤔

Tonight is the ISO Club Summer Social - a gathering of club members and their families.
Amelia asked me, “Are we hosting a party for ISO because we’re saying thank you because, you know, they’re our customers?”
I said: exactly.
It’s a little way to say we are so grateful that we get to call this place our work, and these people our friends. People who make us want to be stronger, better versions of ourselves.
If that’s not a reason to celebrate, I don’t know what is.
And for everyone asking with concern, have no fear: food and bev fall under *my department*.

“She wakes up before me to make it.
She pours. She froths. She brings it to me like she built something.
Because she did.
This is Morning — a protein cappuccino I developed because I wanted to start my day with something that tasted delicious and happened to work like fuel. Whey protein and coffee roasted by , here in Tulsa.
She’s five and a half. She has no idea she’s my favorite part of the whole thing.”

Chronic pain changes everything. How you move, sleep, and show up every day.
For this member, we built a program that let them train hard without putting pressure on their spine. Same intensity. Zero impact on the injury.
Six weeks later they weren’t thinking about their back pain anymore.
This is our goal for personalized training and especially as we age with inevitable aches and pains.
DM us if you’re working out through pain you’ve been told just to live with.

Over 40? Your annual physical is important, but there’s more worth tracking.
At ISO, we measure the metrics that tell you how well you’re aging: body shape score, muscle to fat ratio, cardiovascular fitness (vo2 max), and strength output.
Swipe to see what each one means and why it matters.
DM to come see it for yourself.

Over a year in and still going strong. This is everything.
If you’ve been thinking about starting, we have 2 spots left for the Spring Reset starting Monday. DM us.

Five spots. Six weeks. Everything built around you.
We get a lot of questions about the Spring Reset so we put the most common ones in one place.
DM us to claim one of the remaining spots before we kick off Monday.
