New level unlocked. I can teach anybody how to do this. People say kung fu doesn’t work but then if they feel a punch at 845 pounds they will think differently. Even if I teach you how to throw your body weight which most people don’t know how to do. You will dominate in a fight.

New achievement. Every time I train I tell myself I’m closer to my goal of 1000. Everyone who says kung fu doesn’t work doesn’t understand the impact of a punch hitting you doesn’t matter what style it comes from. Try getting hit in the body with 845 lbs. Tell me Kung Fu doesn’t work then.

I get to leave the California campaign gracefully having completed my overall mission of delegating my work to another top candidate to finish the campaign while I leave.
Like winning a fight without fighting.

Some of my recent power achievements show my new max power 723 and I’m sure it’ll be 800. Even 900 or 1000 someday with continued training.
I can teach anyone how to do this. It’s part of the Shaolin and Tai Ji Chuan systems to learn how to move with max power!

Before you begin true training, the old method describes how the foundation must be built on solid stances, and this is represented by the term KUA. This is the strength of the inner thighs to hold the body high and flow with power and an anatomically correct spinal alignment for PENG. This is the internal power the direct force from the ground in all directions. You must develop internal power and stances at the same time in the Internal Kung Fu system.
