Meet FR!DAY member Dana!

As a member since 2021, Dana has grown to love the community and excellent instruction at FR!DAY.

From getting into the best shape of his life to staying injury-free since he started coming to FR!DAY, Dana says his fitness has improved, and he can still get around and tackle projects around the house.

The strength and mobility he’s built during his time at FR!DAY have helped him stay active, capable, and feeling great.
