Swim lessons that fit your busy week.
Life’s busy. Swim day doesn’t have to be. 🐸
Just 30 minutes — in the morning (if your little is a homeschooler or under 5), right after pickup, or two siblings stacked back-to-back so one trip covers everyone. Warm indoor pool, small classes, real progress that sticks all year.
No summer-only scramble. No starting over. Just your little one getting braver in the water, one short lesson at a time.
Tell us how your week looks and we’ll find the slot that fits. DM us “ENROLL.” 👇

Let’s clear up a few swim-lesson myths. 🐸
We hear these more than you’d think — here’s the truth:
❌ “Hydration doesn’t matter in the pool”
→ Swimming is exercise. Even if your child doesn’t feel thirsty in the water, dehydration can sneak up on them.
❌ “My child is too scared to ever get comfortable”
→ Fear is normal. With the right coach and a little patience, most kids work through it faster than parents expect.
❌ “They can already swim, so lessons aren’t necessary”
→ Swimming and swimming well are different things. Ongoing lessons build stamina, sharpen technique, and add real lifesaving skills.
Real skills, built with care. That’s DeMont. 🌊

Hearing this from a DeMont parent means everything to us 💙
Every swimmer moves at their own pace and our coaches meet them exactly where they are, patiently building skills level by level until it clicks.
This is why we break swimming down into steps that build on each other. Confidence doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen. 🐸

Here’s the thing about swim skills: like reading or riding a bike, they fade without practice. 🐸🧠
A few months off the water usually means relearning comfort, not just technique — and starting a few steps back. Staying in lessons through the school year keeps your swimmer moving forward, one small win at a time — the way real confidence (and real water safety) gets built.
Because being comfortable in the water isn’t a summer skill. It’s a life skill. 💙

Packing for swim lessons? Here’s what actually matters. 👜🐸
We see a lot of overpacked swim bags — here’s the short list that makes the biggest difference:
🩱 Swim diaper — for infants and toddlers (they won’t swell up like a regular diaper)
🤽 Goggles — reduces eye irritation and builds confidence in the water
🧴 TRISWIM shampoo, body wash & lotion — removes chlorine and keeps skin and hair healthy post-swim
👙 Bright swimwear — easier for coaches to spot your little one in the water
💧 Water bottle — swimming is exercise, so hydration matters before and after
Small details, big differences. Pack smart, swim happy. 💙
