CrossFit Desert Lightning

Military CrossFit affiliate located on Davis-Monthan AFB. Classes are open to anyone with base access Classes run Tuesday and Thursday 0530-0630 and 1630-1730.

We are a military affiliate located on Davis-Monthan AFB inside the Haeffner Fitness Center. Each class is instructed by CrossFit Level 1 certificate holder. Classes include a structured group warm up, strength components, skill practice and a workout of the day. Come join us today!
