Meet our new Vinyasa Flow teacher, Yissel Salafsky!
We are thrilled to welcome Yissel to Yoga at Four Walls. Swipe right and turn your sound on 🔊 to preview her beautiful teaching style and deliberate instruction.
About Yissel:
Before transitioning her focus to the mat, Yissel served in executive leadership roles focused on education, equity, and community impact, most recently as a nonprofit CEO. After years of leading organizations, earning a master’s degree, and raising three children, she faced the profound burnout that so many high-achieving women and caregivers carry.
Turning inward for healing, she completed her 200-hour Hot Yoga training here in Tucson and begins her advanced 500-hour training this fall.
What to expect in her class:
Yissel balances a high-achieving nature with the deep permission to rest and recalibrate. Her classes offer practical tools to navigate daily stress, creating an accessible, judgment-free space to pause, ground down, and connect with internal peace.
The Details:
• 60-Minute Heated Vinyasa Flow (90–95°)
• Set-sequence combining traditional postures with dynamic movement
• Weekly on Wednesdays at 6pm and Thursdays at 9:30am starting Wednesday, June 17th.
Bring your mat and towel (rentals available at the desk!).
