Our goal is to make others aware of Parkour and spread our knoweledge of the art of movement. Maybe we can use Parkour to help others and get people to love it as much as we do. 2020 Challenge 17: I practiced this bar move the day before on a safer surface and not a monster drop and I really think it paid off.

Tucson jam was fun! Probably still sore from all the challenges (obviously kidding because it was so last year). Cant wait for the next one!
I honestly thought I had a sh*tty training year, but only because I got injured around my birthday (August). I realized when I started this edit that august was a little more then half way through the year. So I had a bunch of accomplishments early on and even a few after I got done rehabbing my ankle. Had a badass jam with a bunch of great athletes, had some gains, had some pains, quit my sh*tty ass gym job, and even got engaged. 2018 was pretty awesome. Although I do have a lot I want to get better at, I want 2019's video to greatly surpass 2018. Thats my goal. Thanks for watching
