Last time, the new lifters who participated in the mock meet and then signed up for a sanctioned meet both took home 1st place medals...in their first meets!
So we are super pumped to host another one!
All info in the above post but as always feel free to call 520-290-8000 or send a DM for more information!
Hope to see you September 26!

If you’re training consistently but your body isn’t changing, it’s probably not an effort issue.
“Structured progression” sounds like a buzzword, but it’s actually simple. Swipe through 👉
Not complicated. Just consistent. And that consistency is exactly why most people never see it: someone has to run it every single week.
That’s the whole job of a coach. Book a discovery call to learn more (link in bio) — only 10 semi-private spots open each month.

Wayne didn’t sign up for a comeback story. He signed up to keep up with his life.
New grandpa. Constant travel for his son’s Special Olympics softball (2026 USA Summer Games, let that sink in).
Still finding 2 hours a week for the gym in the middle of it.
6 months. 2 sessions a week. +15lbs bench, +20lbs deadlift.
That’s what happens when the plan is built around your life instead of the other way around.
You don’t need 5 days a week. You need a system that works with the schedule you actually have.
Only 10 semi-private spots open each month, so comment “STRENGTH” and we’ll get you on the calendar for a plan like Wayne. 💪

Consistency gets praised a lot. It should, most people can’t even manage that.
But consistency alone has a ceiling, and it’s lower than people think.
Showing up isn’t the same as progressing.
You can be in the gym every single week and still be running the exact same session you ran six months ago.
The fix isn’t more effort. It’s one number to beat each time you train.
* more weight
* one more rep
* better form
* less rest.
Pick one. Beat it. Write it down.
That’s the whole mechanism. Save this so you actually remember it next time you’re in there.
