We are so excited to host another mock meet!

Last time, the new lifters who participated in the mock meet and then signed up for a sanctioned meet both took home 1st place medals...in their first meets!

So we are super pumped to host another one!

All info in the above post but as always feel free to call 520-290-8000 or send a DM for more information!

Hope to see you September 26!

Coaching is not just counting reps.

It’s deciding in real time how far each session can be pushed.

We’ve gotta make sure form, load, tempo, and energy are moving the right direction.

Those judgement calls are what separates really good programs from really good programs with a really good coach.

Want a coach making those calls for you? Book a Discovery call — link in bio.

No edits needed.

This is from one of our training sessions.

Linda wanted to try jumping again, since it had been years she’d felt safe to jump.

Surround yourself with people who celebrate your wins, big and small.

Incredible job Linda!

“I don’t have time to work out.”

Let’s actually do the math before you say that again.

There are 168 hours in a week.

Here’s where they go:
* Sleep: 49 hours
* Work: 45 hours
* Family, errands, everything else: 40 hours

That’s 134 hours accounted for.

Which leaves 34 hours of your week still unclaimed.

Now here’s what we’re actually asking for:

3 sessions. 50 minutes each. That’s 150 minutes… 2.5 hours total.

2.5 hours out of 34 available. Out of 168 in the week.

That’s 1.5% of your entire week.

You’re not too busy. You’ve just never seen it laid out like this.

The real problem isn’t time. It’s that most people spend their limited training hours doing random workouts with no progression, so even the hours they do give get wasted.

That’s the whole reason the 4-Hour Fit System exists: 3 structured sessions a week, 50 minutes each, built around progression.

Not more hours, better ones.

You have the time. You just need the system to make it count.

Comment “TIME” and we’ll send you the details.

If you’re training consistently but your body isn’t changing, it’s probably not an effort issue.

“Structured progression” sounds like a buzzword, but it’s actually simple. Swipe through 👉

Not complicated. Just consistent. And that consistency is exactly why most people never see it: someone has to run it every single week.

That’s the whole job of a coach. Book a discovery call to learn more (link in bio) — only 10 semi-private spots open each month.

Wayne didn’t sign up for a comeback story. He signed up to keep up with his life.

New grandpa. Constant travel for his son’s Special Olympics softball (2026 USA Summer Games, let that sink in).

Still finding 2 hours a week for the gym in the middle of it.

6 months. 2 sessions a week. +15lbs bench, +20lbs deadlift.

That’s what happens when the plan is built around your life instead of the other way around.

You don’t need 5 days a week. You need a system that works with the schedule you actually have.

Only 10 semi-private spots open each month, so comment “STRENGTH” and we’ll get you on the calendar for a plan like Wayne. 💪

If you quit, you lose.

Fitness isn’t a game you win. It’s a game you stay in.

That’s the part “just be consistent” leaves out.

Repeat the same workout long enough and it stops being consistency.

It’s boredom with a schedule. And boredom is how people quit.

If you quit, you lose.

Not because you weren’t disciplined.

Because nothing was progressing.

Don’t just show up. Know what you’re beating this week.

Structure beats more workouts. Nearly 3% bodyfat down in 30 days!

No extra session, just better recovery, nutrition, and coaching every session.

If you want results like Justin, book a Discovery Call and find out what’s possible for you!

The weeks that wreck progress aren’t the busy one.

They’re the ones where “busy” became an excuse to do nothing at all.

Because realistically, we’re always busy.

There will always be an excuse not to do something to better ourselves.

And since we know busy weeks will always exist, let’s have a plan for them.

Two lifts, 20 minutes, protein handled, hydration paid attention to.

That’s enough to hold the line until things calm down.

Comment DISCOVERY and I’ll send you the exact protocol we hand members before a chaotic week.

Consistency gets praised a lot. It should, most people can’t even manage that.

But consistency alone has a ceiling, and it’s lower than people think.

Showing up isn’t the same as progressing.

You can be in the gym every single week and still be running the exact same session you ran six months ago.

The fix isn’t more effort. It’s one number to beat each time you train.
* more weight
* one more rep
* better form
* less rest.

Pick one. Beat it. Write it down.

That’s the whole mechanism. Save this so you actually remember it next time you’re in there.
