I work for StuMo, helping students at the university of Arizona grow in leadership & faith. I love f45 because it’s like having a personal trainer but better because it’s with a community. Becoming friends with the coaches and community that comes to Sam Hughes makes me excited to come into workouts. I love that the workouts are planned for me & I’m challenged every time I take a class. F45 has helped me gain muscle, stay injury free, increase my cardio endurance & given me a group that pushes me to do hard things
