Yin Yoga is a practice of long-held poses that gently stimulate the body’s energy lines and target the deep tissues, encouraging relaxation and calming the nervous system.

Through these grounding shapes, we’ll nourish the meridians and create space for deep energetic restoration.

The session concludes with a soothing sound healing featuring a full set of crystal chakra bowls and crystal pyramids, guiding you into harmony and renewal.

Beginning September 13th start your week off with movement, music, and mindfulness through an extended series of free Sunday Morning Yoga sessions, presented by Matri Yoga and made possible by the generous support of CDPHP. A continuation of Downtown Troy Business Improvement District’s outdoor series, these sessions will be located inside the Troy Saving Bank Music Hall’s Capital Region Music Hub. Accessible yoga and musical activations for participants of all experience levels to move, recharge, and connect with the community. Participants please bring your own yoga mat with you!
