Great work everyone! We all got our sweat sesh in today! If you miss today's workout here is your take home version!

Make sure, if those last 2 reps are not getting a little difficult, I need you to up the weight or add 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down.

Great work this morning everyone. If you we not able to join us here is our workout we did. I want you to push through each excercise. If you are getting through the 10 reps easily, I need you to up that weight or and 3 seconds up and 3 seconds down to your reps.

What a great turn out today! You all did great work. I will be making a schedule with what we will be focusing on for the workout. We will be doing a back/bicep focused workout, chest/tricep focused, leg focused, shoulder focused, and full body.

Let's make the most of this time and keep our muscle loss to a minimum, stay active, and have some fun. Look forward to seeing all those sweaty faces!
