1️⃣➖DB RDL to Bent-Over Row - 12 reps
2️⃣➖Incline Push-Up w/ ISO Hip Extension - 12 reps
3️⃣➖Overhead Cable Tricep Extension - 12 reps
4️⃣➖AkroWheel Roll-Outs - 12 reps
5️⃣➖Jump Rope - 90 secs

We’re launching 5 distinctive T.E.N.A.C.I.T.Y. Cohorts. The T.E.N.A.C.I.T.Y. Cohort Series is a 12-week “Leadership-in-Action” experience where each session blends professionally structured fitness coaching with a short leadership debrief that turns physical practice into everyday leadership habits.
