2nd trip out: UPDATE
Eric and Tim for a NWMI Fishing Club Wednesday nighter. A lot of big boxes at the scales!
Went 10 for 15
A lot of things broke and went wrong
Downrigger cable snapped
(I will miss that cannon ball)
Diver set up broke off
Hook bent lost a big fish
Fish busted a swivel, (not the clip end either)
Rod tip broke
Boat issues
Still caught 10 fish.
Doubles on 3 times
Sunset was beautiful
3 different rods took fish on meat
7 Color with OG Dancing Anchovie
300 copper took a massive rip that busted the swivel, Beaver’s Lures Aliens Breath gone
Team Dreamweaver Big white paddle took 2
Green Hulk fired twice on the 350 Copper
400 copper ripped with a Mr. Chrome Lures LLC Pirates Parrot, bent the hook and lost a hawg.
Went through all our Familiar Bite Herring strips.
Spent most the night in 150 to 225 feet of water. Both north and south trolls produced.
The cleaning station was packed like an August weekend.
Looks l am going to have to make a restocking trip to TCH GEAR.
