🥎IN SEASON SPEED & STRENGTH TRAINING SETS PRs for one of Tracy’s TOP Pitchers🥎

Bri plays softball nearly year round and she hasn't left the weightroom since.

Being one of the Top Pitchers in the section and even state doesn't mean you get to slack off and rely on lessons, tournaments, showcases, and bad habits.

You will find Bri working on getting stronger and faster 2x every single week, no matter what. If she ever misses, having a plan with systems that only produce results, keeps her on track through anything.

Her speed continues to improve as shown in her scorecard with a PR of 1.310 seconds which shows a 2.5% increase in speed.

Some believe they don't have time for this stuff and that's ok. We like coaching the athletes and families who never think twice when it comes to long-term development on and off the field. You simply don't get the full package when you rely just on the sport and overloading of skill work.

More lessons aren't getting your daughter's stronger or faster. Have you seen what Division 1 Softball Players are capable of doing in a world class weightroom? Pitching lessons only go so far....

⚾️BASEBALL PLAYERS: OCTOBER-FEBRUARY IS YOUR OFFSEASON

Not another 5 months of the doing exact same thing.

This is your opportunity to BUILD and not show up to tryouts in February the same bodyweight, no change in velo, probably weaker and slower because you just don't train properly or consistently.

More ⚾️ isn't the answer, if you were injured and missed reps then go ahead and play but we can assure you that no one is recruiting you in the Fall when college baseball coaches have their own rosters to worry about.

You should worry about improving your squats and reverse lunges, getting your vert and broad jump up, get faster and gain 10lbs!

IN SEASON TRAINING CONTINUES TO BOOST PERFORMANCE⚡️

It will always be a bad idea to remove the stuff that actually moves the needle for athletes. Imagine training for 2-3 months at a time only to dissappear for 6 or more and then come back when it's convenient or bounce around from one program and trainer to the next.

Cassidy showed up years ago and never left. When she isn't as busy, she trains 2-3x every week. When her time becomes limited, we adjust to 1-2x every week even during Flag Football, and Cass continues to PR on things like her Flying 10yd Sprint.

IN SEASON TRAINING MATTERS⬇️
With the right adjustments to training volume and frequency, athletes can still get faster, stronger and more durable during the season. When consistent, athletes continue to thrive as opposed to removing strength and speed training altogether.

HOME SCHOOL STRENGTH & SPEED TRAINING BOOSTS RESULTS ON AND OFF THE FIELD💪

Jaxson is at APL every single week and it's been that way for months. While most are finding excuses to do everything but train, he keeps finding ways to get faster and stronger.

We tested Flying 10s earlier in the week and Jax hit a PR bringing his time down to 1.461 seconds! Prior tests in July he was hitting 1.49 on our VALD Smart Speed Timing Systems.

This is how we know athletes are not only getting faster, but they are improving on the field where we want to see it.

Faster out of the box, singles turning into doubles and not so tired after legging out a triple. Faster athletes are usually also stronger and healthier than the ones who avoid the weightroom.

Kids shouldn't be so busy that they don't have time for the most important thing they can be doing and that will always be Strength Training.

8 weeks of consistent strength and speed training is leading to big success for this young soccer athlete⚽️

As if training with her big sister Gigi wasn't enough motivation, she also his around big cousin Bri Quintero at the gym every week. Plenty of competition to keep everyone hitting PRs.

A 1.7% improvement on her Flying 10 with a huge increase in peak velocity. All possible because we test with the best timing gates on the market through VALD Performance

These are results you should want for your young athletes at home. Soccer is a physical and fast sport, let us help you develop the year round Strength and Speed to stay ahead of competition💪

Nutrition is how we unlock true performance.

Without it we can almost guarantee you are under or overweight, weak, slow, always sore or dealing with something.

Don't expect much from an under-fueled athlete. Trying to cram a crappy lunch after school is only going to send you to the toilet.

If we are going to call ourselves "Athletes" then it's time we actually eat, train, sleep and recover like them.

🛑Crash diets, 1000-1500 calories, no creatine, excessive caffeine, won't eat 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight and it shows, va**ng, video games and excessive screen time, no schedule at all but wants all the glory and recognition and is extremely entitled

Stop being the above athlete and pick up a fork and start eating and training like a real athlete. Recruiters don't care about underweight high school kids when they grown adults ready to compete in the portal.

Strength & Speed don't like being inconsistent.

More of your sport isn't getting you stronger, it's probably making you weaker.

Another pitching lesson isn't going to help develop lower body strength and power, it could be taking away from it.

Are you actually building rotational power or is just another hitting lesson that your kid doesn't even need?

Underweight, weak, slow and injury prone seems to be the recipe most young Baseball and Softball players are following, especially in the Fall.

Its time to step out of the comfort zones and stop doing what everyone else is doing. Young athletes develop in the Fall so they are ready to compete in the Spring. Hard to do that when all you did was focus on more of your sport...

CALLING ALL FROSH 🏈 PLAYERS

You shouldn't be waiting for the right time to get into a weightroom.

Your body is developing now and football demands alot out of you. Going to practice is a requirement and it will never be enough.

How are you getting stronger? What does your speed program look like? How are you managing the stress of practice 4+ days every week?

You shouldn't be sore or tired if you trained consistently when it mattered. Dezi has been with for a while now and simply makes adjustments to his training schedule to accommodate a week full of football.

A Saturday session makes sense for a freshman football player. Once the season starts you only practice monday thru Wednesday with games on Thursday.

The perfect formula is a restorative session on Friday and your biggest training day on Saturday with sunday to recover.

Easy to follow this when you have a plan in place with systems guaranteed to produce results even during the season.

Take advantage of our complimentary Athlete Assessment and get on an In Season Program just like Dezi.
