Yesterday we took on The Mo Challenge: Earn Your Cake, and there was no better way to celebrate than alongside our True Form family and our friends from Camp Hope.

We were honored to host PTSD Foundation of America- Camp Hope, followed by some incredible breakfast tacos from Tejas Chocolate+Barbecue

Thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed through the challenge, and made it about more than fitness. This is what True Form is all about!

Coach Mo‘s birthday is coming up… so naturally we’re celebrating the only way we know how—by suffering together.

Join us for The Mo Challenge, a special Birthday Warrior Workout at True Form Gym. Our friends from Camp Hope will be joining us again for this one! Expect a challenging workout with a few surprises along the way. This one is designed to push you outside your comfort zone and remind you just how capable you are.

We’re SO excited to introduce Kelly Barnes as the newest coach at True Form Gym!

Kelly is a longtime Tomball resident, devoted wife of 24 years, and proud mother of three teenage children. She is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and brings a special love for teaching cycle classes.

You can catch Kelly coaching on Thursday evenings:
• BOOTCAMP (5P)
• CYCLE + ARMS (6:10P)

When she’s not in the gym, Kelly enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, testing her knowledge with trivia, and spending time with animals.

Kelly is excited to bring her energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to wellness to the True Form family, and we KNOW you’re going to love training with her!

This year’s Murph brought together an incredible community to honor the fallen, push past limits, and support an amazing cause alongside Camp Hope & the PTSD Foundation of America.

From the first mile to the last rep, every athlete showed heart, grit, and respect for what this workout truly represents.

Big shoutout to our newest 400 Club member — Michelle Stewart!

Michelle actually hit this incredible milestone a couple weeks ago, and we couldn’t let it go uncelebrated. The 400 Club is reserved for those who’ve shown unmatched consistency, grit, and dedication, attending 400+ classes here at True Form Gym.

That’s early mornings, tough workouts, and showing up even on the hard days… and Michelle has done it all.

We’re proud of you and grateful to have you as part of our community. Here’s to 400 more!

We had fun celebrating the birthday of one of our own during yesterday’s Metaboost class with a group photo and plenty of energy to go around!

With over 3,000 classes under her belt, Dawna is a familiar face who brings consistency and motivation to the gym every day.

Another great day with an even better community.

We’re kicking off our Murph prep workouts at True Form Gym this Sunday at 11 AM — and we’re inviting everyone to be a part of it. (Open to the public)

If you’re new, “Murph” is a classic hero workout performed in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy. It consists of:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 air squats
1 mile run

It’s a challenging workout, but at True Form, we make it accessible for EVERYONE. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, we’ll scale and modify so you can participate and improve each week.

We’re also honored to once again be joined by the veterans from the PTSD Foundation Camp Hope. This always makes the experience even more meaningful and reminds us what this workout is truly about.

These Sundays are more than just training — they’re about community, purpose, and having a great time together while preparing for the work ahead.

Bring a friend, show up ready to move, and let’s get after it.

Another alTRUEism Day in the books! This Saturday, some of our True Form crew got out to support We came together with others in the community to help clean up and take care of the place we call home.

From picking up trash to putting in the work side by side, it was a great reminder that small actions add up to a big impact.

Grateful for everyone who showed up to represent True Form and give back. This is what it’s all about!
