Friday means one thing, compromised running. We don’t ease into it, we build into it, week after week.
Compromised running isn’t comfortable, but this crew keeps showing up and keeps getting after it.

You don’t win on race day.
You win on the days you dragged yourself to the gym when motivation was nowhere to be found. You win on the days you chose the harder option, the extra round, the heavier sled, the run when your legs were already shot.
Race day is just the receipt for everything you deposited in training. And you can’t fake that. You either put the work in or you didn’t.
