LURAY FIRE DEPARTMENT — 125th ANNIVERSARY & CASH BASH WEEKEND FAQ

We’ve put together a quick FAQ to help everyone know what to expect this weekend!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11 — 9/11 MEMORIAL & FAMILY EVENT

What time do gates open?
Gates open at 3:00 PM.

Do I need a ticket?
No! This is a FREE family event and no ticket is required.

What will be happening?
• Fire Truck Show
• Bounce houses for the kids
• Food available for purchase from the LFD Food Booth
• Side raffles
• 5:30 PM: 25th Anniversary of 9/11 Memorial Commemoration Ceremony featuring speaker Matt Caton
• 6:00 PM: Chosen Road performing new patriotic material celebrating America's 250th Birthday

What if it rains?
The event is rain or shine. Large tents with seating will be provided. Feel free to bring your own chairs.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12 — CASH BASH

What time do gates open?
Gates open at 3:00 PM.

When does the drawing start?
The Cash Bash drawing begins at 4:00 PM.

When does the band start?
The Low Water Bridge Band takes the stage at 5:00 PM.

I have a Cash Bash drawing ticket. Does that get me into the event?
Yes! Your Cash Bash drawing ticket is your admission to Saturday's event and enters you into the main Cash Bash drawing.

I don't have a drawing ticket. Can I still attend?
Absolutely! Admission is $25 at the door (ages 12 and under are $10).

Your admission includes:
• All-you-can-eat food from our food booth
• Live concert by The Low Water Bridge Band
• Access to side raffles
• Access to pull tabs and bingo
• A great night with your community!

Are pull tabs and bingo included with admission?
You will have access to pull tabs and bingo, but they are not included with admission and require an additional purchase.

Will I be entered into the main Cash Bash drawing if I pay at the door?
No. The main Cash Bash drawing tickets are completely SOLD OUT. Door admission gets you all of the event's food, entertainment and access to side raffles, pull tabs and bingo, but does not include entry into the main drawing.

What if I want to bring a guest?
Guests who do not have a Cash Bash drawing ticket can enter by paying the $25 door admission ($10 for ages 12 and under). They will receive all event perks and amenities but will not be entered into the main Cash Bash drawing.

Is there an ATM on site?
Yes! An ATM will be available on site for your convenience.

Do I need to be present to win?
No you do not have to be present to win. Winners will be contacted and posted on our page.

What if it rains?
Saturday is rain or shine, with large tents and seating available. Bring your own chairs if you'd like!
