Hi, I’m Lynn, and I’m a licensed massage therapist with a deep love for the human body, movement, and the fascinating science behind how we heal. I believe there’s magic in the balance between science and the mystical, where evidence meets intuition and healing arts.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find me running, taking a yoga class , and a finding the best concerts with my husband Eddie.

I am also a nurse, yoga teacher, certified running coach and owner of Throop Soups — A Plant Based Cafe , where you find meal prep services, smoothies and juices.

Looking for a yoga home, but don’t love large classes? Maybe you’re new to yoga and feel intimidated walking into a room full of people.

Our classes will intentionally be small, just 6–10 students, so you can learn, grow, and feel comfortable.

Come as you are. No judgment. No pressure. No experience.
Just a welcoming, easygoing space to begin your yoga journey.
