Peek a Boo, Beautiful People! Today is September 14th, and many of us began this month committed to the September Challenge. Today, we’re talking about the mindset of consistency (thank you Tonya Fetner Howard) and putting it into action.
Whether you’ve had a perfect run so far or missed a few boxes along the way, this is your call up!
The easiest thing to do would be to quit and say, “Well, I already messed up, so what’s the point?” Then it’s back to barely drinking water, running through the drive-thru more than we should, skipping our quiet time, and treating our steps and workouts like they’re optional.
Nope. Not today Suzie Q. 👏🏽
You do not need 30 perfect days to make September count. You need the willingness to keep returning to the habits that support the person you’re becoming.
Here are a few ways to reset:
✅ Fill your water bottle before the day gets busy.
✅ If possible schedule your workouts instead of hoping you’ll find time.
✅ Plan your meals before hunger makes the decision for you.
✅ Take a 10-minute walk when your steps are low.
✅ Spend time with Jesus before the noise of the world gets loud.
✅ If you miss a box, don’t miss the next one.
Consistency isn’t never missing. It’s refusing to let one missed day become a week, a month, or another abandoned promise to yourself.
We still have more than half of September left. Let’s create as many winning days as possible and continue building healthy habits that can carry us far beyond this challenge.
Now weigh in below: How have you been doing, honestly? What has been your biggest win or struggle? And most importantly, are you willing to keep going with us? Drop a 🙋🏽♀️ or 💪🏽 below if you’re still in! 🔥
