Many martial arts talk about the Indomitable Will... In Jiu Jitsu, we actually get to see it, every day.

Most people quit because it's hard. It's hard on the ego, it's physically demanding, and most of all - it takes a long time to get good at.
Because of that, it can be demoralizing; and people allow their negative thoughts to win...

But not Stephen. Stephen refuses to give up or give in. He just keeps showing up, day after day, grinding it out.

The time and effort is paying off!

We started the morning off using our freedom to do what we love!
