Jiu Jitsu won’t solve every problem you face.
But for the hour you’re on the mats, the noise fades away. Your focus narrows. Your mind clears. The only thing that matters is the next grip, the next movement, and the next decision.
Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
Train your body. Sharpen your mind.
Iron Trinity Jiu Jitsu
At Iron Trinity, we forge stronger and safer communities through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Lifelong friends Drew Allen and Shane Rusk had a dream of one day opening their own martial arts academy, jokingly speculating they might be 50 before achieving it. However, their journey took an unexpected turn when their success in private healthcare ventures allowed them to “jump the gun” (as Shane puts it) on their dream a decade sooner than anticipated. Both Drew and Shane, as martial artists
A great instructor does more than teach techniques.
They pay attention to the details, answer your questions, and genuinely care about your progress. Every correction, every conversation, and every class is an opportunity to help you improve.
At Iron Trinity, we’re committed to your development—on and off the mats.
🥋 Train with instructors who are invested in your success.

Strong girls aren’t born—they’re built.
Every class is another opportunity to grow stronger, more confident, and more resilient.
Our young ladies at Iron Trinity show up ready to work. They learn to solve problems under pressure, support their teammates, and discover that they are capable of far more than they imagined.
The lessons learned on the mats don’t stay on the mats—they build confidence that carries into school, friendships, sports, and everyday life.
We’re incredibly proud of the hard work these girls put in every single week. Keep showing up. Keep learning. Keep growing.

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers, and father figures who lead by example every day.
Thank you for the lessons, the encouragement, the sacrifices, and the strength you bring to your families and our community. Whether you're coaching from the sidelines, helping with homework, or sharing the mats with your kids, your impact reaches farther than you know.
Wishing all of our Iron Trinity dads a very Happy Father's Day!
Show Up and Push Through
Not every day feels easy. Some days you’re energized and ready to train. Other days, just making it to class is the victory.
The secret isn’t motivation—it’s consistency. Show up, put in the work, and trust that every rep, every round, and every lesson is moving you forward.
Progress belongs to those who keep showing up, especially on the days they don’t feel like it.
Strong Kids Make Strong Adults
Every class is about more than takedowns and submissions. It’s about building confidence, discipline, resilience, and respect—qualities that last a lifetime.
Strong kids become strong adults when they’re challenged, supported, and encouraged to grow one step at a time. That’s what we’re building every day at Iron Trinity.
