Real talk — most of us have a symptom we’ve quietly decided is just how our body is now. The 3pm crash. The stomach that never quite settles. Waking up tired even after eight hours.
This Sunday, Kendra Jackson — one of our own teachers here at Inner Space, and an Ayurveda Health Counselor who’s been wanting to bring this work to our community — is hosting an hour on what that fatigue and discomfort actually means, and the daily habits that can shift it.
These aren’t dramatic changes. They’re small, rooted-in-tradition adjustments that quietly extend how long you feel good, not just how long you live.
