Healthy Cake Batter (Birthday Cake) Smoothie ππ§β¨
Ingredients:
- 2 large frozen bananas
- ΒΌ cup rolled oats (this gives it the "cake" texture)
- 1 tbsp cashew butter (adds that buttery batter richness)
- Β½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ΒΎ cup almond milk (or oat milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Β½ tsp almond extract (The secret ingredient! It makes it taste exactly like box cake mix).
- 1 tbsp rainbow sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Steps:
1. Add the rolled oats to the blender first and pulse until they form a fine flour.
2. Add frozen bananas, cashew butter, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, almond extract, and maple syrup.
3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick, creamy, and pale white/beige.
4. **Crucial Step:** Do NOT blend the sprinkles. Pour the sprinkles into the blender *after* blending and stir them in with a spoon by hand. (If you blend them, the smoothie will turn a muddy brown color).
5. Pour into a glass.
6. Top with a dollop of yogurt or whipped cream and a generous explosion of rainbow sprinkles.

Nostalgic Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie π₯πβ¨
Ingredients:
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (or frozen concord grapes for that classic grape jelly taste)
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- Β½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- ΒΎ cup almond milk (or oat milk)
- 1 tbsp strawberry or grape jam (sugar-free is fine) for the swirl
- ΒΌ cup rolled oats (optional, adds a "bread" flavor)
- Crushed peanuts and a fresh strawberry (for topping)
Steps:
1. **Prepare the "Jelly" Swirl:** Take a spoon and smear the strawberry or grape jam artistically against the *inside* walls of your glass. (You can also mash the frozen strawberries into a thick puree and use that instead of jam).
2. Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, yogurt, almond milk, and oats (if using) to the blender.
3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is a creamy beige color and completely smooth.
4. Pour the peanut butter smoothie into the jam-swirled glass.
5. Top with a sprinkle of crushed peanuts and a fresh strawberry or a few grapes.
