Say hello to Em!💗

Em joined us this past summer and is now a 200 hour certified yoga teacher! She is currently teaching a few classes when she is in town and she emphasizes that she continues to learn from being in the teacher role.

Our 200 hour yoga teacher training program establishes and sets the foundation for teaching yoga. This includes the philosophy, anatomy, and the immersion into practicing to teach yoga classes. This is the first step into the art and always constant practice of teaching yoga and there is always more to learn from your students and each class you teach.
