Cross. Hook. Cross. Hook. Rear kick. 🔥
Then switch it up. Hook. Cross. Hook. Cross. Switch kick.

No stopping. No resetting. Just work. 🥊🦵

Nadiya & Paul putting in the rounds and sharpening those combinations one rep at a time. Technique → timing → speed → pressure.

This is how you build it. 🔥

Built, Not Given 🥊

Drilling the fundamentals.
Boxing under pressure.
Conditioning when you’re already tired.

That’s Level 1. 🔥

We’re not just teaching you how to fight — we’re building the skill, conditioning, discipline, and confidence to put it all together.

One round. One drill. One class at a time.

Show up. Put in the work. Get better.

Catch the teep. Pull ’em in. Send the elbow. 🫡

Just your friendly neighborhood reminder that kicking people has consequences. 😂🥊

All Levels working the catch → pull → up elbow on the pads.

Level 1 doesn’t mean “basic.” 😏🥊

Today’s lesson with Kru Ronnie: how to turn a caught kick into a clinch entry.

It’s all about timing, positioning, control, and knowing what to do when your opponent gives you an opening.

Build the fundamentals. Then learn how to put them together. 🥊

BRANDON, do you wanna learn authentic Muay Thai and get in shape?

At Koh Muay Thai, we teach the art of the eight limbs. You’re getting instruction from Ronnie Briere Jr., a former two-time ISKA Florida State Champion who held both the Super Welterweight and Light Middleweight belts and has fought in Thailand, where the art was born.

What we build:

Sharp technique and real timing
Footwork, balance, and body control
Fight-camp level strength and cardio

This is what it’s all about.

Not just punches.
Not just kicks.
Not just fighting.

It’s the friendships built, the confidence gained, the lessons learned, and the people who show up day after day to become better than they were yesterday.

From beginners to fighters — everyone has a place on these mats.

Proud of this team. 🥊❤️

When the gym Wi-Fi goes out so the fighters start running their default animation. 😂

Just kidding…
This is Len Chern—one of the oldest partner drills in Muay Thai. It looks weird until you realize it’s building timing, rhythm, balance, and reactions.

Then it still looks weird… just with purpose. 🤷‍♀️🥊

🔥 Combo of the Day x Coach Appreciation 🔥

If you’ve ever taken a class with Coach Nico, you know he’s not just teaching combinations— he’s teaching timing, awareness, movement, and how every strike connects to the next.

🥊 Cross
🥊 Hook
🦵 Rear Kick
🛡️ Block the switch kick
🦵 Return the rear kick
🤚 Parry the cross
➡️ Quarter turn
🥊 Jab, Cross
🚶 Walk it forward
🦵 Lead Knee
💥 Rear Down Elbow

It looks like a lot… until Coach Nico breaks it down piece by piece. That’s what makes him such an incredible coach. Technical, patient, and always finding a way to make everyone— from beginners to experienced students— leave class a little better than they walked in.

Drop Coach Nico some love in the comments! ❤️👇
