Take it personal. Stop letting folks play in your face and then act confused when you react! Some people know exactly what they’re doing and they’re hoping you’ll laugh it off, shrug it off, or pretend you didn’t feel that sting. No ma’am. No sir.
If the tone changed, if the energy shifted, if the behavior got slick…
Take.
It.
Personal.
That wasn’t an accident. That was a message. And you need to stop translating disrespect into "maybe I’m overthinking." You’re not. Your vibes caught it. Your intuition caught it. Now act like you did. 💖
