They were searching for a body. Then someone answered from the darkness.
Erasto Crisanto Valdez disappeared while fishing in a Mexican cenote. After 15 days of unsuccessful searching, specialist cave divers entered the difficult underwater system and eventually heard his voice from inside a dry chamber.
He was alive.
Our report looks at how the operation changed from a search and recovery mission into an extraordinary cave-diving rescue.

The AWARENESS through TECHNICIAN level course in Baton Rouge, LA that was postponed due to the storm a few weeks ago has been rescheduled!
