📚🎒 BACK TO SCHOOL BIOHACKING 🎒📚

As a physical therapist, mom, and biohacker, I don’t just prepare my kids for school—I prepare their brains, bodies, and nervous systems to thrive.

This Thursday on The Queen Goes Live at 5, I’m taking you behind the scenes and sharing exactly what I packed for my college freshman, what my elementary-aged son does each morning, at lunch, and before bed, plus a few things I intentionally avoid.

✨ We’ll cover:
✅ My College Biohacking Kit
✅ Morning routines that support focus and resilience
✅ Lunch ideas for sustained energy
✅ Evening habits that promote recovery and quality sleep
✅ The “What NOT to Do” list (in my humble opinion)
✅ Easy, affordable upgrades any family can implement

Whether you’re sending a child to kindergarten, college, or simply want to optimize your family’s health, this episode is packed with practical strategies backed by science and years of clinical experience.

Because success doesn’t start in the classroom…
It starts with how we prepare the body and brain.

👇 What’s one back-to-school habit your family never skips? I’d love to hear it!

Motherhood is one of the greatest expressions of nature.

Today I watched a tree being cut down. As it fell, a squirrel’s nest crashed to the ground. In an instant, the mother squirrel appeared. There was no hesitation. No panic. No wondering if she had enough energy. She simply became exactly what she needed to become.

A mother.

She searched. She gathered. She protected. Every fiber of her being shifted toward saving her babies.

It stopped me in my tracks.

Then my mind wandered to the fields I’ve watched disappear… burned or cleared to make way for another car wash, another shopping center, another convenience. I couldn’t help but wonder how many nests never get found. How many mothers—birds, squirrels, rabbits, foxes, turtles, and countless others—are thrust into survival with no chance to save what they love most.

It’s heartbreaking.

Yet it also reminded me that motherhood isn’t limited to humans. It is woven into creation itself. It is instinct. It is sacrifice. It is fierce love in its purest form.

Maybe that’s the yin and yang of this human experience.

We witness extraordinary beauty and profound loss, often in the very same moment.

The same world that reveals the unstoppable power of a mother’s love can also reveal how fragile life truly is.

Today I left with a heavier heart, but also a deeper reverence—for mothers everywhere, whether they walk on two legs, four legs, fly through the sky, or climb the tallest trees.

May we build a world that honors both life and the wild love that fights so hard to protect it. 🤍

Here’s a polished version with your energetic, welcoming voice:

✨ BIG NEWS! ✨

Yin Yoga & Sound Healing is growing at EOS Fitness! 🙌

Week 2… and our class DOUBLED in size from what you see here—we completely maxed out at 40 people! 🤍

As more people gathered, the vibrations only became stronger. We closed today’s experience with an incredible Q&A about frequency, sound, the nervous system, and the deeper purpose of yoga. I can’t always stay afterward for such a long discussion, but today felt divinely timed, and I loved diving deeper with all of you.

If you’ve been curious about slowing down, resetting your nervous system, and experiencing the power of sound healing for yourself, this is your invitation.

The Queen’s Advice 👑: Don’t Buy Followers. Build Trust.

Today I was scanning Instagram accounts with one of my mentees, showing them what to look for. Many times, social media is smoke and mirrors.

A huge following doesn’t always mean a huge impact.

When you start looking closely, you’ll sometimes notice accounts with hundreds of thousands—or even millions—of followers, but very little genuine engagement. Other times the comments don’t seem authentic or the engagement patterns don’t match the audience.

Could some of it be real? Absolutely.

Could some of it be purchased? Also yes.

My advice? Don’t pay for followers, likes, or comments.

If someone even offers to “gift” you a few thousand followers, I’d politely ask them not to. I’d rather earn every single person in my community than wonder who’s actually here.

Now… I do believe in “fake it till you make it”… but not the way social media often defines it. 😂

My version is smiling even when life is hard because I know smiling can help shift my physiology. I take deep breaths before I feel calm. I stand tall before I feel confident. I intentionally create the internal chemistry I want to experience.

That’s very different from paying for an image that isn’t real.

One builds you.

The other builds an illusion.

Keep showing up.
Keep serving.
Keep learning.
Your people will find you.

Because at the end of the day, I’d rather have 1,000 people who truly care than 100,000 who never wanted to be there in the first place.

👑 Authenticity compounds. Integrity scales.

My son wasn’t feeling his best today, so I convinced him to do a red light therapy session with me.

I downloaded the audio afterward, and I couldn’t stop laughing because I realized I was saying the exact same things I tell my patients every day:

“Relax. Breathe. Your posture matters. Light matters. Your daily habits matter.”

This isn’t just something I teach—it’s the way I choose to live.

One thing I’ve learned over the years is to pay attention to whether someone’s lifestyle aligns with the advice they give. We all have moments of imperfection, but if a health professional consistently doesn’t practice the fundamentals they recommend, it’s worth asking why.

Whether it’s food quality, movement, sleep, light exposure, stress management, or the environment we create around ourselves, these choices influence how we feel. The energy we bring into our work often reflects the habits we practice in our own lives.

I believe in leading by example. That’s why I strive to live the principles I share with my patients—not because I’m perfect, but because I genuinely believe they’re worth practicing.

Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency.
