I use NAD+ every single morning.
But I don’t take it as an injectable or through an IV.
I spray it up my nose.
NAD+ is basically part of the energy infrastructure your cells run on. It helps turn food into ATP, but it also gets consumed by enzymes involved in DNA repair, inflammation and stress response.
And this is where nasal NAD+ gets interesting.
Your nasal cavity has a huge blood supply, so compounds can enter circulation without first going through the gut. The upper part of your nose also connects to olfactory and trigeminal pathways that run toward the brain.
In a 2007 rat study, researchers gave NAD+ intranasally and found significantly higher NAD+ levels in the brain within 30 minutes.
The same researchers later tested it after cerebral ischemia and found significantly less brain damage and fewer neurological deficits.
I personally use NAD+ every morning with methylene blue and some high-quality cocoa to support cellular energy, keep my brain sharp, and target some of the same pathways I’m already interested in for longevity.
If you want the exact one I use, comment “NAD” and I’ll send it over.

I take Cialis (tadalafil), but not for s3x…
Tadalafil is the generic name, while Cialis is the brand. It belongs to the same drug class as Vi**ra, known as PDE5 inhibitors, but stays active for much longer.
A low daily dose keeps a consistent level in your system, keeping blood vessels relaxed around the clock.
The mechanism is pretty straightforward:
The body widens blood vessels using nitric oxide, which increases a molecule called cGMP to relax vessel walls. An enzyme called PDE5 normally breaks cGMP down, but tadalafil blocks that enzyme from doing so.
This means the drug does not force blood flow, but simply removes the restriction on your body’s natural system.
The most well-known effect is supporting erections, but that’s not the only reason people are interested in it.
Improved blood flow may support:
• endothelial and cardiovascular function
• circulation to working muscles
• vascularity in the gym
• potentially better nutrient delivery
• and possibly scalp circulation where poor blood flow contributes to thinning
Large cohort studies have also noted an association between regular PDE5 inhibitor use and lower rates of cardiovascular events.
Association, not direct proof but notable.
For daily use, FDA-approved dosing typically sits at 2.5–5 mg. As-needed dosing of 10–20 mg is also approved.
One critical safety rule: never mix tadalafil with nitrates such as nitroglycerin or certain recreational variants. The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
With the right approach and medical guidance, tadalafil is a lot more interesting than just “the s3x drug.”

I tested 100+ p3ptides on myself first. Then on 500+ clients.
These are 10 that stand out the most:
1. MOTS-c
2. GHK-Cu
3. Epithalon
4. Pinealon
5. Tesofensine
6. 5-Amino-1MQ
7. Semax
8. Selank
9. BPC-157
10. Tirzepatide
Some I use for recovery. Some for focus. Some for body composition. Some to make my whole system feel like it’s working better.
With all that said…
Nothing replaces sleep, training, protein, sunlight, and stress management.
If you’re just getting into p3ptides, I put everything you need to know into one complete guide.
Comment “PLAYBOOK” and I’ll send it to you.

I’ve tried everything under the sun for sleep: mouth tape, magnesium, hot shower, red light, $6K mattress, etc.
Nothing came close to what these 3 p3ptides did...
The biggest thing I learned is that sleep isn’t just one problem.
I think about it as 3 separate jobs:
1. Get into deeper sleep now.
2. Get your sleep rhythm back on track.
3. Support the brain and recovery side of sleep.
That’s the logic behind the stack:
DSIP = deep sleep now.
Epithalon = reset the clock.
Pinealon = brain protection / recovery.
Acute + rhythm + protection.
One thing I’ll say plainly: this is what’s worked best for me. It hasn’t solved “sleep” for good, but it has helped.
And p3ptides aren’t a shortcut around bad light, afternoon caffeine, or a wrecked schedule.
If you want the exact ones I use to do your own research, comment “SLEEP” and I’ll send them over.
