Please join us in welcoming the newest Calypso Pro Dive Academy veteran student, Kaylee Muise.

Kaylee is a U.S. Navy veteran who recently launched into our Go‑PRO Instructor Development program — and she’s already hitting the ground running. In just a short time, she has completed her PADI Advanced Open Water certification along with four PADI specialties: EANx, Deep, Boat, and Drift.

She also rocked the innovative AVELO Dive System and earned her certification in it, showcasing her drive to master new technology and elevate her diving skills.

We’re excited to welcome Kaylee to the Calypso family and look forward to supporting her continued growth as she advances toward becoming a PADI professional diver.

Huge congratulations to our newest PADI Open Water Diver, Ariel Pupello!
Ariel absolutely crushed her training — mastering every skill with confidence, control, and truly impressive superior buoyancy. Even better, she did it all while having a blast alongside her husband Chris Burke, who recently completed his PADI ReActivate and is back in the water with his Advanced Open Water certification.

A special shoutout to Divemaster Candidate Dave Rios for his outstanding support during this class. And on Saturday at Lake Denton Camp, Dave hit a major milestone — his 100th dive! An awesome achievement and well‑earned.

Congratulations to Calypso’s newest PADI Rescue Diver, Lori! Her training was an adventure from start to finish, guided by instructor Scott and Divemaster Mary, who practiced rescue scenarios on our highly advanced rescue manikin, Kevin. One memorable moment was meeting Virgil the turtle, who decided to take a nap under Mary during Rescue 6! Despite some interruptions due to thunderstorms, we were on-site from open to close, pushing through long, hot days. Lori showcased impressive search patterns and aced Rescue 7 and other scenarios with confidence. Her dedication and skill truly shined. Now, she’s a proud Rescue Diver—well done!

Congratulations to Calypso’s newest PADI Open Water Divers: Clay, Joe, Jason, Sophia, Mia, and Leo! Under Instructor Jason’s expert guidance, this group embarked on an incredible diving adventure.
