Hello AAU Karate Family,

We are looking for assistance in creating the logo for the 2027 Nationals.

For the past several years, our designs have incorporated animals from the lunar calendar:

- 2023: The Rabbit
- 2024: The Dragon
- 2025: The Snake
- 2026: The Horse

2027 is the year of The Sheep/Goat.

While we would like to continue this lunar calendar trend if possible, it is not a requirement for the final logo design.

Congratulations to our athletes who competed this week at the AAU Karate National Championships in Fort Lauderdale, FL! It was great to see all the hard work and dedication in action on the mats! Thank you to all the parents, coaches, volunteers, and officials who help make it happen. So proud of all our athletes!

Thank you to West Coast Karate for hosting a great Kumite Clinic last week. It was a great opportunity to be able to train with other athletes and prepare for Nationals this week! Thank you to Sensei Stevens for hosting.

Grab a friend and come out to our silent auction tomorrow night to help raise money for our tournament team traveling to nationals this month! Then stay for a free movie and popcorn and finish the evening with our pie in the face contest!!
