Thank you to everyone who gathered for our special anniversary celebration at the Jan Platt Library. Your presence was a gift, and we are deeply grateful to each of you who has supported this shared journey into the quiet landscape of the soul. As the summer days soften, let us gather once again to pause, breathe, and rest deeply in the present moment. Come step away from the noise of the world and allow me to guide you gently back to the sanctuary within. Please join our circle for this upcoming session on Monday, August 31 at 1 PM at the Charles Fendig Library. Register at: www.fitnessfunbynan.com/meditation
