200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training .

In 8 months you will learn to become a Lucky Cat Yoga Teacher.
In our 200hr Lucky Cat Yoga All Levels Vinyasa Yoga program, you will learn the art of yoga and meditation.

Our program includes everything you need to complete the program with confidence and the knowledge you need to lead a yoga class.

You will learn: The essential Lucky Cat Yoga foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga

Included in the cost of training:

-8 months unlimited monthly yoga at Lucky Cat Yoga

-All books needed for training

-17th Edition of our Teacher Training Manual.

-Small Group Training so you receive personal attention.

-Post Graduation Mentoring.

-Job placement for qualifying graduates.

Required hours:

4 hrs on selected Saturdays & virtual course work component.

1-2 practice per week for 8 months with Eric and Erin

Small training class sizes:
Space is limited to 15 students.

This will go towards your remaining balance.

Lucky Cat Yoga has been training yoga teachers since 2014. Our program is one of Tampa Bays longest running Yoga Teacher Training programs.
Our first cycle of training was hosted at TEMPUS PROJECTS , Jaidee and the former Yogani Yoga studio. We love helping people find their voices so they can serve the art of yoga.

200hr All Levels Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training:
February -December 2027

10 months you will become a 200hr Lucky Cat Yoga All Levels Vinyasa Yoga teacher. You will learn the art of yoga and meditation, that includes essential foundational postures, yoga anatomy, meditations, breath work, yoga sequencing, mantra, prop use, history, philosophy, intro to: chair, kids, and prenatal yoga, and the business of yoga.

Our training manual was created by Eric and Erin. They did buy or hire anyone to create it. When choosing a training program, make sure to ask, "who wrote the program?" Most trainings in Tampa were bought, not created.
