As your trainer, I leave the desired location up to you. I can come to your residence, we can train inside/outside, or we can train at a fantastic privately owned Personal Training studio, "Truly Fit Studio" located on Hillsborough Ave. (between Countryway Blvd & Racetrack Rd.) I do have an assortment of fitness equipment that we can utilize as well! I am a former college basketball player, I have competed in NPC Figure Competitions as well as Women's Tri-Fitness World challenges. I have a vast amount of experience in training the general population, children, elderly, both men & women, extremely novice exercisers, highly overweight individuals, as well as athletes. I can help you with nutritional guidance, accountability, ensure proper form & technique, offer modifications if needed, but most of all I guarantee and overall experience you may have never felt before! I met Sarah Franco while working out at Orange Theory Fitness in Clearwater, Fla. I got to train with Sarah for the three months while I was living in Clearwater. What I loved about Sarah most was there was no wasting time! If you were there, u were there to work hard and give 110% each time. She always got that out of me. The minute she saw me fall into a comfort zone she took charge to get me out of it, and reminded me to PUSH myself! On top of getting to train with her, she spends time getting to know you.
